1. New material tensile strength reach up to: 1200MPa-1500MPa, high wear resistance ensure good quality.
Strong than other type material in the market for the hammermill beater, such as Q345 steel, Q235 steel...etc.
2. The carbide coating on hammermill beater head is a kind of 3 different carbide mixure, called high-entropy alloy powder.
Hardness reach up to HRC75. Performance is strong than any other type hammer beater in the market.
3. The carbide is melted on the hammer mill beater head by the machine automatically, ensuring the evenly uniform surface and strong hardness. Manul welding process may cause air bubble.
4. The carbide coating on hammer mill beater head each side reach up to 4-5mm thickness; Coating Type can be both sides equal thickness, taper type..etc.
5. The carbide coating on the hammer mill beater bottom reach up to 3mm thickness;
6. The carbide coating on the hammer mill beater head two sides reach up to 60mm-100mm length. We recommend suitable type according to the material that will be crushed.
7. Hardness of the coating reach up to HRC75, ensure long lifespan.
