1. Introduction about the SWFL Series Pulverizer Teeth Ring
1.1 Special carbide brazed to ensure long life. Carbide code: ZK10UF
1.2 Adopt wear-resistant steel material to ensure the service life.
1.3 Laser cutting machine is used to cut the material, ensure the high precision of the cutting surface.
1.4 Lifespan of the wear plate:3000-4000 tons/piece for SWFL130 pulverizer;
3000-4000 tons/piece for SWFL150 pulverizer;
4000-5000 tons/piece for SWFL170 pulverizer.
(Capacity Based on: hammer mill crushing firstly and the particles should pass through 1.5mm sieve, moisture content<13% )
