1. Introduction about the SWFL Series Pulverizer Hammer Beater
1.1 The hammer beater is cast and formed through the silica sol process.
1.2 Special carbide material spreads all over the vulnerable parts, greatly improving the wear resistance. Carbide Code: ZK10UF
1.3 The mature brazing process improves the adhesion between the alloy and the hammer.
1.4 The weight of the hammer head is engraved by laser, and the weight error of the hammer head is not more than 2g to ensure the rotation balance.
1.5 Lifespan of the beater: 3000-4000 tons/piece. (Based on: hammer mill crushing firstly and the particles should pass through 1.5mm sieve, moisture content<13% )
