Hammer Beater Introduction 
1. New material yield strength reach up to: 1200MPa-1500MPa, high wear resistance ensure good quality. Strong than other type material in the market for the hammermill blade, such as Q345 steel, Q235 steel...etc. 
2. The carbide coating on hammer mill blade head is a kind of 3 different carbide mixure, called high-entropy alloy powder. Hardness reach up to HRC75. Performance is strong than any other type hammer mill blade in the market.
3. The carbide is melted on the hammer mill beater head by the machine automatically, ensuring the evenly uniform surface and strong hardness. Manual welding may lead to air bubble in the welding process.
4. The carbide coating on hammer mill blade head each side reach up to 4-5mm thickness; 
5. The carbide coating on the hammermill blade bottom reach up to 3mm thickness;
6. The carbide coating on the hammer blade head two sides reach up to 60mm-100mm length.
7. Hardness of the coating reach up to HRC75, ensure long lifespan.
