1. Bolt problem
The bolt is too short or too long, there is a problem with the quality of the bolt, and there is dirt in the bolt hole. If the movement of the bolt in the body is too large, it is easy to cause loosening. In addition, the diameter of the bolt is designed to be small, and it cannot withstand the shearing force of the pellet machine, which is easy to cause fracture.
2. The inner diameter of the ring die does not match
The inner diameter of the ring die is small, and it is fixed by bolts. In the actual production process, the extrusion force is large and the shaking is severe, which is easy to cause the bolts to loosen and break.
3. Wear of ring die drive rim or hoop
The ring die drive rim or hoop is worn, the drive rim or the feed rotating bevel ring is unclean, the pressure roller is adjusted too tightly, the eccentric shaft is adjusted in the wrong direction, and the ring die installation is inclined, which may also cause the ring die bolt to break.
4. The stress of ring die
In the actual production process, due to the unbalanced addition of materials on both sides of the roller, the material is thrown to the inner wall of the ring die under the action of centrifugal force, resulting in unbalanced height in the direction of height, and the gap between the inner wall of the ring die and the roller is not the same, etc. For various reasons, the extrusion force and friction force on the inner walls A and B of the ring die are not equal and the unbalanced force will cause the ring die to vibrate.
Due to the continuous rotation of the roller, the unbalanced force on the ring die changes continuously with the rotation of the roller. Therefore, during the extrusion process of biomass pellets, the ring die is subjected to continuously changing lateral loads, resulting in the transverse direction of the ring die. Vibration, lateral load is more likely to cause bolt loosening than longitudinal load, large vibration amplitude can easily cause bolt loosening, and bolt loosening is easy to break. In addition, the material is difficult to press or there are so many foreign objects in the material, which will also be affected.
